    Pauline Hender Pagel

    Biography

    Polly began focusing on the care of adults with Diabetes in 1997 when she created a Diabetes Education Program in a Community Clinic at Parkland Hospital.  After spending several years in the Diabetes Clinic at Parkland Hospital, she joined the Medical Practice of Dr. Arauz Pacheco and Dr. Dan Lender with a mission of educating her patients and assisting in their care.

    Her goal is to see each patient as an individual and work together to find a plan of care that improves their health and wellbeing.

    Biography

    Lori Kleinfield graduated from Cornell University with BS in Nutrition. Completed Internship at Milwaukee County Institutions.  Previously at Huntington Artificial Kidney Center in NY and Doctors Hospital Diabetes Center, Lori has been a Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator at Diabetes and Endocrinology Clinical Consultants  of Texas, since 2007.

    Alexandra Ramirez

    CLINICAL RESEARCH MANAGER

    Biography

    Since 2015, Alexandra Ramirez has directed research at Diabetes and Endocrinology Clinical Consultants of Texas. Alex started in clinical research 18 years ago as a Research Assistant then worked her way towards Clinical Research Coordinator. Working in various areas of research through the years, Alex leveraged her diverse clinical research background to quickly excel at management. Her responsibilities include oversight of operations,  performance, and all aspects of running a Clinical Research program. She works very closely with sponsors on new, ongoing and future research trials.
