    Diabetes and Endocrinology Clinical Consultants of Texas, or DECCT, has a certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and Registered Dietitian on staff to help with you with your nutrition and diet consultation.

    DECCT provides Medical Nutrition Therapy for type 1 and type 2 Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes and Pre Diabetes. We also counsel patients in weight management and specialize in Medical Nutrition Therapy  for Chronic Kidney Disease.

     

    BLOOD SUGAR LOGS

    Tracking blood sugar and maintaining a healthy diet go hand in hand. We’ve provided a downloadable Blood Sugar Log Sheet for convenience. Once you’ve tracked your progress, you can scan, save to your computer, and upload your results to our in-house Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator.
